Grey’s wallaby

Grey’s wallaby’s description

Two large black stripes ornated my face , from my nose to my eyes. The top of my ears and the tip of my legs were black too. Regarding my fur, some think that its color changed depending on the season.

Where does he live ?

I lived in sparse forests or in grasslands in the South-East of Australia, under a tempered climate.

Why did the Grey’s wallaby disappear ?

My habitat has been entirely destroyed to the agriculture profit. Moreover, I’ve been hunted for my fur or merely for the sport or it, and men introduced invasive species… In less than a century, European settlers provoked my extinction.
